Teachers Pledge

Teachers are carefully chosen to ensure we have the best of the best. Each of our teachers gladly committed to our Teachers Pledge:

1. I pledge to create a safe and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, loved, and respected. I will nurture their emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being with compassion and care.
2. I pledge to inspire curiosity in every child, encouraging them to explore, question, and create. I will provide opportunities for hands-on learning, helping them to develop their imagination and problem-solving skills.
3. I pledge to treat each child with fairness and respect, embracing their individual differences and nurturing a diverse classroom environment. I will celebrate diversity and teach children to appreciate and respect others.
4. I pledge to support the development of social skills and emotional intelligence by guiding children in building positive relationships, resolving conflicts, and expressing themselves in healthy ways.
5. I pledge to ensure that all activities, interactions, and materials are safe for the children in my care. I will remain vigilant about their health and safety, promoting habits that encourage a lifetime of well-being.
6. I pledge to instil a love of learning in every child by promoting a growth mindset. I will encourage persistence, resilience, and self-confidence, helping children understand that mistakes are part of the learning process.
7. I pledge to build open and transparent communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues. I will work together with families to support the child’s development both inside and outside the classroom.
8. I pledge to continue my own learning and development as a teacher, remaining open to new methods and ideas to improve my teaching practices and better serve the needs of my students.
9. I pledge to model kindness, respect, and responsibility in my interactions with others. I will set an example for my students by demonstrating the values I hope to instil in them.

Our children are independent, self-disciplined and are groomed to cope with the demands of Grade School. Each stage of every child’s development is nurtured and challenged through age-appropriate lessons and activities.
