Classrooms

We have a total of 14 Classrooms. Each classroom is fitted out with age-appropriate furniture, toys, educational resources, books, puzzles and art equipment necessary to give every baby, toddler and child the very best experience on their journey of learning.

Nutrition

We take pride in preparing delicious and nutritious food for our little learners. All food is prepared in our brand-new industrial kitchen manned by experienced staff. Mielie meal and oats porridge are served on alternating days and toast is provided daily to the Toddler Zone and Pre-Primary School students.

Baby and Toddler Lunch Menu

Baby spinach and Butter bean-based veggie mix, including cauliflower, butternut, onion and a few potatoes
Fresh mince cooked with BBQ spice and brown onion soup for extra flavour with baked beans, onion, potato, cabbage, peas and corn – served on rice

Pre-Primary Lunch Menu

Brown bread roll will cold meat and sliced cucumber. Tomato sauce for those who want.

Macaroni and white sauce. Tomato sauce for those who want.

On Fridays, on a 3-week cycle:
- sandwiches with spreads (jam, peanut butter, Melrose spread, and chocolate spread),
- vetkoek with cheese or jam and cheesy pizza

Playgrounds

Outdoor playtime is designed to provide choice and challenge as children enjoy friendships with each other and stretch their physical skills. Different playgrounds for different age groups are provided.

Bathrooms

There are age-appropriate facilities. Bathroom hygiene is taught and encouraged. There are separate bathrooms for the boys and girls.

Maintenance

At Tick Tock we strive to provide the best environment in which the children can learn and play. Our facilities and equipment are continuously maintained and cleaned by full-time and dedicated cleaning and grounds-keeping staff.
